In the best interest of all, we abide by strict vaccination standards. Therefore each guest must have the required vaccinations administered prior to arrival, with a fecal exam within the last six months. Individual circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis with written documentation from a veterinarian. Titers are accepted with proper documentation. We will need a copy of your pet's vaccination record. Your vet can fax us a copy at (865) 494-1704.

Rabies and Distemper/Parvo: $41

If your dog has fleas, we do a mandatory flea treatment, Capstar, upon arrival ($5) and will do a flea bath for ($5).

Extra Services
Many steps are involved in your pets spa day, including a mani/pedi, brushing, facial, pre-bath haircut and post bath finishing cut. We schedule breaks in between these services so your pet can rest and socialize. We strive to make this a stress free, fun experience for your pet, so please schedule your appointment when you have time to leave your pet as long as necessary. If you would like an express groom (under 2 hours whenever possible), we charge a $20 additional fee.
